Bulgarian booteg tape of the TV Movie

A bootleg VHS of the 1996 TV Movie has surfaced in BULGARIA.

The title is stylised as "Dоктор Ху" on the front, but "Доктор Ху" on the spine. (Of note, this is the name by which the New Series is known in Ukraine; in Bulgaria the New Series is called "Доктор Кой".)

The cover of the tape does not replicate the appearance of the official Universal / CIC releases of the Film (which tend to have the standard image of Paul McGann holding a candle by the TARDIS) but instead has roughly printed-out screen-grabs and display graphics.

The tape is in PAL. Since Bulgaria uses the SECAM-B television broadcast system, this won't be a recording from a local screening, but instead from a PAL TV broadcast or dubbed from a PAL commercial tape from elsewhere. (Multi-format VCRs were readily available in Europe, so PAL vs SECAM would not be a barrier.)

There's nothing to indicate if it is dubbed or subtitled. Being a bootleg, it may have had Bulgarian subtitles added to it, in which case any existing subs would be in the way!

The sleeve bears two copyright dates: the correct year 1996 but also incorrectly "(C) 1995 Columbia Pictures". If this was copied from a Universal/CIC tape, would the wrong distributor have been named?
